Hugo is a chemical engineer with more than 40 years of academic, petrochemical, and commercial activities. He has been a university professor and the Technical and Development Manager for a large petrochemical company in Argentina and currently is regional representative to several large American and European Process, Chemicals, Catalysts and Industrial Equipment suppliers. Involved in multimillion projects including a new petrochemical plant and expansion in Argentina.
